Formed in 1962, Cummins India Limited, the largest entity of Cummins in India, is the country’s leading manufacturer of diesel and natural gas engines. Cummins Technologies India Private Limited (CTIPL) is a Private Limited Company incorporated in 1994 under Companies Act, 1956, validly existing and continuing under provisions of Companies Act, 2013. CTIPL is a Subsidiary Company of Holding Company, M/s Cummins Inc. CTIPL is engaged in the business of manufacture of internal combustion engines and its components, turbochargers, emission solutions & reconditioning of Cummins products.
