
Bonnie Fetch serves as Executive Vice President and President – Operations for Cummins Inc. In this role, she oversees Cummins’ New and Recon Parts business, remanufacturing operations and the global operating functions including Supply Chain, IT, Cummins Services, Digital/Analytics and Quality to ensure they meet Cummins’ evolving business needs and position the Company for the future.
Before her current role, she served as Vice President & President - Distribution Business where she led approximately 16,000 employees worldwide. In this role, Bonnie oversaw the sales, service and support for Cummins’ wholly-owned locations, dealers and joint ventures in more than 190 countries and territories. She was responsible for setting the strategy and direction for the segment and focused on critical opportunities that enhanced sales, service and support experiences for customers and certified dealers globally.
Bonnie also previously served as Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing where she was responsible for strategic and operational leadership for Cummins’ complex and integrated supply chain functions (Purchasing; Manufacturing; Planning; Logistics; and Health, Safety and Environment) as well as the New and Recon Parts business and remanufacturing operations.
Since joining Cummins in 2018, Bonnie has had responsibility for leading global supply chain for the Distribution Business Segment, Cummins Global Supply Chain Services organization and the North America Regional Operating Team with accountability for Supply Chain functional operations across the company in North America. In 2020, she also managed the Distribution Segment sales, service and support businesses in four growth markets – Africa, China, India and Latin America.
Prior to joining Cummins, Bonnie spent 20 years at Caterpillar where she held numerous leadership roles in Logistics, Human Resources, Product Design, Manufacturing and General Management. Prior to Caterpillar, Bonnie led full-service restaurants, and she also owned a small business in the travel industry.
Bonnie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Organizational Management and completed postgraduate studies in leadership and organizational behavior as well as executive programs at Stanford University and Singularity University. She is a published author and a vocal and visible leader for diversity and inclusion.
