Cummins was an extremely exciting place to work in 2022 and early 2023. The company implemented its PLANET 2050 and Destination Zero strategies to cut carbon emissions, completed the largest acquisition in company history and concluded the transition to a new Chair and Chief Executive Officer, Cummins’ first female CEO. The company also hosted a presidential visit, unveiled new production facilities for its low and no-carbon emission products and a new engine design concept to use low-carbon fuels.
