What is ESG?
Cummins’ ESG performance starts with an expectation for excellence in all environmental, social and corporate governance matters. Cummins is fully aware of the crucial social and environmental factors that present opportunities for better relationships with people and planet, both internally and in the communities the company serves. We aim to be conscientious corporate citizens, committed to serving all of our stakeholders.
Sustainability Report
Since the publication of our 2024-25 Sustainability Progress Report, both the world and the industry in which Cummins operates have changed significantly. It is clear the energy transition is going to be even more dynamic, more uncertain and more divergent than we ever thought it would be. It is also clear that our Destination Zero™ strategy is the right one to lead our industry, customers and partners into the next era of smarter, cleaner power.
As we navigate this period of complexity, we are grounded and guided by what we know to be certain:
- Our commitment to sustainability is unwavering.
- The health of our business is only as strong as the health of the communities in which we operate.
- We will continue to invest in our global workforce and cultivate an environment that embodies our values and allows all employees to thrive.
- We recognize the responsibility and opportunity we have to lead our industry into the next era of smarter, cleaner power in a way that is best for all of our stakeholders, including our customers and the planet.
Where we've been. Where we're going.
Cummins has been committed to sustainability for a long time. See sustainability reports back to 2003 as well as key ESG/sustainability policies, and reports to various sustainability platforms. It’s all in our Sustainability Document Library.
