Jennifer Rumsey
Chair and CEO
Jennifer Rumsey became Chair and CEO of Cummins Inc., a global power leader that uniquely offers its customers a broad portfolio of power solutions that best meet their needs and powers their businesses, including diesel, natural gas, battery, fuel cells, electrolyzers, and related components, on August 1, 2023.
Rumsey was named President and CEO on August 1, 2022. Prior to that role, she was President and Chief Operating Officer, which she assumed in March 2021. Before serving as COO, Rumsey was Vice President and President of Components Segment, one of Cummins’ five business segments. As the President of Components, Rumsey oversaw an organization of more than 12,000 global employees with sales of $6 billion in 2020 and customers located around the world.
Rumsey previously served as Vice President and Chief Technical Officer where she led the global technical organization of approximately 11,000 employees responsible for research and engineering across Cummins. Rumsey’s early career focused on control systems and system engineering; initially at a fuel processing and fuel cell start-up company in Cambridge, MA. In 2000, she moved to Cummins and has worked in a variety of engineering roles across Cummins and product life cycle areas including advanced technology development, new product development, current product engineering and product quality.
Rumsey is passionate about building high-performing, diverse teams and has dedicated her Cummins career to the development of others and to innovate for customers to power their success.
Rumsey is a member of the Society of Women Engineers, Society of Automotive Engineers, and Women in Trucking Association. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Marvin Boakye
Chief Human Resources Officer
Marvin Boakye is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cummins Inc., a global power technology leader based in Columbus, Indiana (USA). Since 2022, he has led the company’s human resources practices for 60,000 employees across 190 countries and territories.
Prior to joining Cummins, Marvin served as Chief People and Diversity Officer at Papa John’s International, leading the team of corporate employees and franchise team members across the world. In both 2021 and 2022, Papa Johns was honored by Forbes Magazine on its “Best Employers for Diversity” list. Prior to his transformative work at Papa John’s International, Marvin served as Chief HR Officer and in other senior HR leadership roles for companies including MTS Allstream, Andeavor, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, The Pulte Group and The Home Depot.
A global leader specializing in organizational and cultural transformations, Marvin has successfully helped businesses transition from turnaround to growth. Active in the community, Marvin also sits on the Board of Advisors for the University of Louisville's School of Business and is a National Trustee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Marvin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Conflict Resolution Studies from the University of Winnipeg and a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University.

Jenny Bush
President, Power Systems Business
Jennifer (Jenny) Bush is President of the Cummins Power Systems Business, a global provider of energy solutions for consumer, industrial and mission critical applications that designs, manufactures, sells and supports a wide range of highspeed, high horsepower engines and power generation equipment. Jenny oversees a global, diversified business segment with sales of $4.4B in 2021 and more than 10,000 employees.
Most recently, Jenny served as Vice President, Cummins Sales and Service North America where she led the transformation of the company’s North American Distribution business. Under her leadership, Jenny and team enhanced employee engagement, streamlined operations, accelerated growth, elevated the customer experience and achieved cost savings.
After completing a technical apprenticeship with Shell Oil as the program’s first female graduate, Jenny joined Cummins in 1997 as a parts writer. She has contributed to the company’s success in various leadership roles spanning power generation, industrial markets and distribution. Jenny’s broad career experience includes serving as a Six Sigma Blackbelt in Power Systems, leading the Global Commercial Marine Engine business and directing key distribution markets in the U.S. She possesses deep expertise in large industrial markets including the commercial marine, oil and gas and mining segments.
A native of the U.K., Jenny earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Wirral Metropolitan College and an MBA with a concentration in International Marketing from Leicester University. Jenny serves on the boards of Century Aluminum as health, safety and sustainability chair and Youth Villages, a non profit providing help for children and young people across the U.S. who face a wide range of emotional, mental and behavioral problems.

Amy Davis
President, Accelera by Cummins and Components
Amy Davis is Vice President and President, Accelera by Cummins and Components. In this role, Amy leads Cummins’ newest business segment, Accelera, which is focused on zero-emissions technologies, and its largest business segment by revenue, Components.
In Accelera, Amy leads a team of more than 2,000 innovators across four continents, pushing the boundaries of technology and accelerating the possibilities of electrified, fuel cell and hydrogen products in commercial and industrial markets. Providing a diverse portfolio of zero-emissions technologies, Accelera’s purpose is to secure a sustainable future for the industries that keep the world running.
Leading Components, Amy is responsible for five unique businesses: Engine Components, Emission Solutions, Software and Electronics, Cummins-Meritor and the Eaton-Cummins joint venture. The Components segment is a combination of businesses focused on enabling zero-emissions vehicles, digital connectivity products, as well as products to help customers continue lowering the emissions in their current fleets.
Amy joined Cummins in 1994 and has held numerous leadership roles across the company. Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President of the $1.2-billion Filtration business, where she achieved record revenues and profits. Amy previously served as President of the Cummins Northeast distributor as an owner, where she transformed a small business into a high-growth, customer-driven operation and again saw significant revenue and profit increases. She also lived and worked in Europe as Manager of the European bus business and went on to lead Marketing Communications, Market Strategy, Planning and Customer Support Excellence for our global engine markets, then served as Executive Director of the global $3B+ medium-duty truck business.
Outside of Cummins, Amy held positions at the AT&T Corporation and more recently at Alcan Corporation, serving as Vice President - Sales in the Global Aerospace and Transportation Business. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for crawler crane producer Manitowoc.
Amy is a graduate of Northwestern University and attended the University of Chicago Booth Executive Program for Market Strategy. She is also passionate about encouraging and empowering female leaders in the workplace and completed the Women's Director Development Program at Kellogg Executive Education.

Bonnie Fetch
Executive Vice President and President, Operations
Bonnie Fetch serves as Executive Vice President and President – Operations for Cummins Inc. In this role, she oversees Cummins’ New and Recon Parts business, remanufacturing operations and the global operating functions including Supply Chain, IT, Cummins Services, Digital/Analytics and Quality to ensure they meet Cummins’ evolving business needs and position the Company for the future.
Before her current role, she served as Vice President & President - Distribution Business where she led approximately 16,000 employees worldwide. In this role, Bonnie oversaw the sales, service and support for Cummins’ wholly-owned locations, dealers and joint ventures in more than 190 countries and territories. She was responsible for setting the strategy and direction for the segment and focused on critical opportunities that enhanced sales, service and support experiences for customers and certified dealers globally.
Bonnie also previously served as Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing where she was responsible for strategic and operational leadership for Cummins’ complex and integrated supply chain functions (Purchasing; Manufacturing; Planning; Logistics; and Health, Safety and Environment) as well as the New and Recon Parts business and remanufacturing operations.
Since joining Cummins in 2018, Bonnie has had responsibility for leading global supply chain for the Distribution Business Segment, Cummins Global Supply Chain Services organization and the North America Regional Operating Team with accountability for Supply Chain functional operations across the company in North America. In 2020, she also managed the Distribution Segment sales, service and support businesses in four growth markets – Africa, China, India and Latin America.
Prior to joining Cummins, Bonnie spent 20 years at Caterpillar where she held numerous leadership roles in Logistics, Human Resources, Product Design, Manufacturing and General Management. Prior to Caterpillar, Bonnie led full-service restaurants, and she also owned a small business in the travel industry.
Bonnie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Organizational Management and completed postgraduate studies in leadership and organizational behavior as well as executive programs at Stanford University and Singularity University. She is a published author and a vocal and visible leader for diversity and inclusion.

John Gaidoo
Vice President, Chief Legal Officer
John Gaidoo is Vice President, Chief Legal Officer at Cummins Inc. In this role, he manages global legal services for Intellectual Property, Labor and Employment, Labor Relations, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Supply Chain. He advises Cummins senior executives and sits on the Cummins Leadership Team. He also manages the selection and evaluation of external legal service providers.
Gaidoo joined Cummins in 2011 as a labor and employment lawyer. He broadened his skillset and management portfolio for many years, taking on additional responsibilities. He helped create and manage global legal support for Cummins’ Crisis Management Program, and he served as Assistant Corporate Secretary working with the senior management team and the Board of Directors. He also helped define and execute the strategy for the Cummins Advocating for Racial Equity (CARE) program, which works to advance equitable treatment of Black Americans, and now, Latinos, across several areas of social impact. He held an Executive Director role in Human Resources leading HR for Cummins’ Emission Solutions business before returning to the legal function as Assistant General Counsel for Labor and Employment.
In 2018, Gaidoo was promoted to Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Employment and Labor Relations. His promotion made him the first person in a legal role, other than the Chief Legal Officer, to be appointed Vice President, in Cummins' 100-year history. His management portfolio expanded again to include a newly formed, centralized corporate Global Labor Relations team.
Gaidoo has successfully completed several of Cummins’ leadership development programs. He now serves as a Master Facilitator for the company’s largest leadership development program and serves in several formal and informal mentor roles inside and outside of the company’s legal department.

Nicole Lamb-Hale
Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary
Nicole Y. Lamb-Hale is Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of Cummins Inc. In this capacity, Lamb-Hale is an officer of the company reporting to the Chair and CEO and a member of the company’s global leadership team. Prior to her appointment as CAO in June 2025, she served as the company’s Chief Legal Officer. Lamb-Hale also serves on the board of directors of the Cummins Foundation.
Prior to joining Cummins, Lamb-Hale was a Managing Director at Kroll, LLC, a global risk advisory firm, the head of its Washington, DC office and a Fellow of the Kroll Institute, a think tank associated with the firm. Before Kroll, she was a Senior Vice President of Albright Stonebridge Group, a global strategic advisory and commercial diplomacy firm.
Lamb-Hale was nominated by President Obama and unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate to serve as the Assistant Secretary for Manufacturing and Services in the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration (ITA). In this role, she was the Chief Executive Officer of the industry-facing unit of ITA, serving as the liaison between U.S. industry and the federal government with respect to access to international markets and U.S. policies impacting the competitiveness of U.S. exports. Prior to her service as Assistant Secretary, Lamb-Hale served by Presidential appointment as the Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Commerce. Before her government service, Lamb-Hale was an equity partner in two global law firms, most recently Foley & Lardner LLP, where she specialized in business restructuring in the manufacturing industry and served as the managing partner of the firm’s Detroit office.
Lamb-Hale is an independent director on the corporate boards of Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT) and of Kroll, LLC. She also serves on the boards of directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) and on the advisory board of the American Leadership Initiative. In addition, Lamb-Hale is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council of the Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies at Indiana University - Bloomington.
Lamb-Hale attended the University of Michigan where she studied in the Honors College and earned her A.B. with high honors in Political Science. She earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and is admitted to practice in Indiana and Michigan.

Brett Merritt
President, Engine Business
As president of the Engine Business (EBU), one of Cummins’ five business segments, Brett Merritt pushes the boundaries of customer-focused innovation to position Cummins as the leading powertrain supplier of choice in the transition to a net zero future. In 2023, the engine business generated over $11.7 billion in revenue and delivered 1.3 million engines to customers worldwide.
Over the course of his career, Brett has championed innovation, quality and the customer viewpoint. He is an authentic leader with a passion for teamwork, collaboration and strategic execution.
The entirety of his career has been in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry, starting in the automotive emissions space with Arvin and later ArvinMeritor. He then worked in various manufacturing, sales and general management roles with Valspar and Columbus Components Group. He joined Cummins in 2008 as On-Highway Sales Director for Cummins Emissions Solutions. He then moved to the EBU, leading the Global Medium Duty On-Highway Business prior to becoming General Manager for the entire On-Highway Business. In 2018 he was appointed a Vice President for the company and in 2023, his role was expanded to oversee all strategic customer relations across Cummins – a testament to his deep understanding of customer needs as the industry works to decarbonize.
Brett holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and liberal arts management from Indiana University, and a master’s in business administration from Harvard Business School.
He serves on the board of directors for the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI). He is the United Way leader for Cummins in Southern Indiana and sponsors Cummins’ Japanese Affinity Group.

Mark Smith
Chief Financial Officer
Mark Smith is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he oversees the operations of Cummins’ business from a finance perspective and works with finance controllers to ensure that the company meets its operational and financial commitments. In addition, Mark also leads the Investor Relations, Business Planning and Analysis, and Capital Management functions at Cummins.
Mark joined Cummins in 1995. In his 30-year tenure, he has served in a number of leadership positions including Vice President of Investor Relations, Controller for the Components business and Controller for the Filtration business. In addition, Mark also served in a number of finance and business strategy roles in the Engine and Power Generation businesses in the U.S. and the U.K.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Kent and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Prior to joining Cummins, Mark spent six years as a public accountant with Ernst & Young in the U.K. Mark is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.Since 2017, Mark has served as a dedicated member of the Riley Children’s Foundation Board of Governors, championing the health and well-being of children in Indiana (U.S.) and beyond.

Nathan Stoner
Vice President, China ABO
Nathan Stoner is Vice President – China ABO, with regional responsibility across Cummins’ business portfolio in China - including Engine, Components, Power Systems, Distribution, and New Power business units.
Prior to his current role, Nathan served as General Manager of Engine JVs & Partnerships, General Manager of Power Systems China, Executive Director of Global Corporate Development and the Partnership Director of Dongfeng Motors. Prior to working at Cummins, Nathan worked in a variety of entrepreneurial, general management, UX/UI designer roles. He was the founder and General Manager of Sino Universal Ltd., a design and manufacturing firm located in China, setting up and overseeing all aspects of the company’s production business and facilities.He currently serves and has served on the Board of Directors of ten Joint Venture companies and is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Education for Ethiopia, an EdTech not-for-profit organization.
Nathan grew up in England and moved to the US when he was 16. Since graduating from university, he has lived and worked in San Francisco, New Haven, London, Addis Ababa, and several cities in China. Nathan received his bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Mechanical Engineering from Yale University and his MBA from Yale School of Management.

Jeff Wiltrout
Vice President, Corporate Strategy
Jeff Wiltrout is the Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Cummins. In this role, Jeff oversees cross-functional efforts to define and develop the company’s strategic direction globally, including business development, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Prior to his current role, Jeff served as Executive Director of Corporate Development where he was responsible for leading the company’s merger, acquisition and partnership activities. Jeff joined Cummins in 2009 and has experience in strategy roles supporting Power Systems and Cummins Generator Technologies.
Jeff earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana (U.S.), and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana (U.S.). Prior to Cummins, Jeff worked at National City Bank in Indianapolis.

Jonathan Wood
Chief Technical Officer
As Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at Cummins, Jon leads the global Technical organization and the Technical Leadership Team.
Working at Cummins since 1994, Jon’s career has been defined by his commitment to technical excellence and his caring leadership approach. His technical leadership experiences in the Components and New Power businesses have positioned him for success as CTO while Cummins continues to advance our strategy and develop innovative technologies and enhance our technical workforce and capabilities.
Based in the United Kingdom, Jon joined Cummins as a college hire on the Cummins Turbo Technologies (CTT) Aftermarket and Service team. His more recent roles include: Vice President – New Power Engineering; Vice President – Components Engineering; and Executive Director, Engineering -Turbo Technologies at CTT; Executive Director, Engineering - Emission Solutions. Jon led our Components efforts to meet Global VI emissions regulations, the success of which reflects his ability to think strategically and drive collaboration across Cummins’ global teams.
Jon has a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sheffield (UK), is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, and a graduate of the Cummins Executive Development program.

Shon Wright
President, Distribution Business
Shon Wright is a Cummins Officer and President of the Cummins Distribution Business (DBU). He is an accomplished international business executive with a proven track record of success and has nearly 30 years of expertise in strategy, operations, sales and marketing. With a dynamic background spanning multiple business segments in the chemical, automotive and industrial manufacturing industries and notable achievements in executive roles, he offers valuable insights into strategic planning, international operations, supply chain management and risk management. His multinational industrial and expat expertise includes production and logistics management in South Africa, India, Brazil and Western Europe.
In his current role, he leads the DBU, which is the global sales and service division of Cummins operating in over 190 countries. The DBU has annual revenue of $11.7 billion and employs more than 15,000 people. Before this position, he was responsible for the integrated Cummins Components and Software organization. He managed a $2.5 billion global business that develops, designs and manufactures commercial vehicle and industrial turbochargers, fuel systems and valve train technologies. His responsibilities included overseeing more than 8,000 employees at 17 engineering, manufacturing and warehouse sites in the US, Brazil, China, Europe, India and Mexico.
Under Shon's leadership, the turbo business saw significant expansion, including a $20 million refurbishment of its U.K. facilities; a $25 million expansion of operations in Charleston, SC; and a $15 million expansion in Wuxi, China. In 2022, he successfully managed the complex integration of Cummins' $325 million acquisition of Jacobs Vehicle Systems (JVS), creating new growth and technical opportunities. During this time, Shon drove a 60% growth in the global turbocharger business.
Shon’s deep commitment to community and social justice led to the founding of the Cummins Advocating for Racial Equity (CARE) program in 2020. His leadership has helped drive over $32 million in investments via loans, grants and private equity, creating exposure and opportunity for more than 700 Black-owned businesses.
Shon serves on the Board of Directors of Ingevity (NYSE: NGVT) a specialty chemical company, where he is a member of the audit and sustainability/safety committees. Shon was inducted in 2022 as a member of the Executive Leadership Council. He serves on the Board of Directors of Wuxi Vane, a Cummins China-based joint venture (JV) that designs and manufactures turbine wheels. He serves on the Board of Directors of Cummins Scania JV, which designs and develops fuel systems. Formerly, he served on the Board of Directors for Nuss Truck a business with over $350 million per year in sales; and he was a member of the Board of Trustees for the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis.
He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
