Cummins Tour Makes Its Canadian Debut
Cummins is quickly making our mark on the great north as we traveled with our five-truck fleet through Ohio, Michigan, and made our first foray outside of the US into Canada. The Redefining Tour stopped just outside of Canada’s largest city, Toronto, in Mississauga at the Cummins Eastern Canada distributorship. It was a great few days spent in the area last week connecting with customers and showcasing what we have available today and in store for the future!
The event was filled with several hundred people all taking the opportunity to come out and see the Cummins-powered equipment and interactive trailer in person. Many visitors specifically noted the breadth of truck OEMs on display recognizing Cummins wide availability across all major truck brands.
We struck gold with excellent weather (well, Toronto does have over 301 days of measurable sunshine!) as customers were greeted and escorted by the Cummins Eastern Canada distributor representatives around the display of trucks all carefully positioned to highlight the bright red ISX15 engines under the hood and dynamic trailer graphics.
And we didn’t just stop at the heavy-duty power on display as this power stop included a Ram truck powered by the 6.7L Cummins Turbo Diesel, as well as a natural gas ISL G-powered terminal tractor/shunt truck.
It was a great day in Toronto, and the fleet is now packed up with their sights set on their next destination. Stay tuned for more as we embark on our next stop of the Redefining Tour in the greater Midwest with Chicago on July 8 and Milwaukee on July 10.
