Cummins Advocating for Racial Equity
Building equitable
and inclusive communities
For nearly 75 years, Cummins has a legacy of advocating for diversity and inclusion – a commitment that is deeply woven into the fabric of our culture and values. We know that diversity fuels innovation, strengthens communities, and drives business results. As our workforce has grown more diverse, so has our ability to create solutions that meet the needs of our global customers and communities.
Through Cummins Advocating for Racial Equity (CARE), we harness the power of difference to address some of society’s most complex challenges. By partnering locally, investing resources, and advocating for systemic change, we work to build stronger, more inclusive communities. When communities thrive, our employees thrive – and when our employees thrive, so does Cummins.
CARE communities
CARE initiatives are rooted in the communities where our employees live and work, ensuring every initiative reflects local realities. Within these communities, Cummins leaders and employees collaborate with trusted partners and leverage the passion and skills of our employees to create meaningful connections. This approach delivers lasting, measurable impact.
CARE’s impact reaches communities across the U.S., including Detroit, Michigan; Fridley, Minnesota; Indianapolis, Seymour, and Columbus, Indiana; Rocky Mount, North Carolina; Charleston, South Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; Nashville and Memphis, Tennessee; Dallas and El Paso, Texas.
